Added unknown amount of DME to bump gravity up from 1.041 to 1.044 (about half a lb. of DME likely). Mash-in temp was high, so grain bill could have been lower than expected. RDWHAHB |

Bumped regulator up to 72. Cracked the fridge door and used a dish towel to keep it slightly open (keeping most of the light out) to encourage beer to warm up. Good weather outside, and house fluctuates between 68-75, but closed fridge kept chamber around 66. Probe temperature has slowly risen over the last few days from 66 to 71 (on 4/6) |
