Notes

I was going for an easy-drinking Mexican amber lager. This beer turned out to be an okay lager, but lacked the malt character one would expect from a Mexican amber. My goal with the Motueka at whirlpool was to impart a little lime/citrus character to the beer, but it was not evident in the final product so probably need to increase use of the hop or use in a late dry hop. Overall, a decent beer that was crushable and light enough in ABV to not make you sloppy after mowing the yard.
