Notes

Didn't enter the recipe ahead of time which lead to what could be a few problems in duplicating the recipe;
We didn't double the hops during boil, should have been 4 oz + 4 oz at each of the additions instead of what we did with 2 + 2.
We didn't get a water profile ahead of time, added salts based on another IPA that we had done previously.
Ca low, HCO3 high, but sulfate/chloride ratio spot on.
Need a bigger mash tun
Water in mash tun got to 180F during sparge--got sparge water too hot.
