5/20/20: efficiency was 75% rather than 70% originally estimated. Crush must make a very big difference. Used .5 campden tablet, 50 second of O2. Pitched starter, beer fermenting in low 60s ambient.

Attenuation was apparently and inexplicably 97%, way high.
