Still retains the character of the sweet wort, but balanced out by a really crisp, smooth bitterness. Subtle tropical notes, very little pine. Full body. Good aroma already, probably due to the 170* hop stand addition. |

Sweetness fading. Strong tropical nose. Bitter, then mango on the middle, then finishing with a nice crisp bitter bite. Very tasty. |

The beer continues to dry out, becoming slightly more better. The west coast character of the hop is becoming more pronounced. Hop aroma has faded just slightly, but still noticeable on first pour. |

This beer has dried out a bit over the last 10 gravity points. It has a nice full-bodied bitterness with a hint of citrus in the middle and a moderately fruity aroma. Slight astringency that I expect should mellow over the next couple of weeks. Overall, I think it will be quite drinkable after it's carbonated and cold conditioned. |

Very satisfied with where this beer finished. It has a nice fruity aroma, a balanced and layered bitterness throughout. Notes of citrus predominate with some pine, especially toward the back of the pallet. A well-calibrated, drinkable beer. |

Crisp, layered bitterness throughout. Notes of tangerine. Definitely a showcase of the hops, the malt is way in the background. Fruitiness on the aroma has faded for the most part but hopefully will return with the keg hop addition. |

Fairly high attenuation gives this beer a somewhat dry finish. Bitter orange is the predominating flavor, with a fair amount of aroma pre-dry hop. |

Kegged 5 gallons. .5 gallons waste. May reduce future batches to 5.5 gallons. |
