Mash started at 69C, down to 63C after 40 minutes, brought back up to 70C by end.
Starches were not fully converted. This was only checked after the boil and when wort was cooled to 20C. Efficiency was lowered. |

Starches were not fully converted in mash. Lower BH eff as a result. Mash temp should have been kept higher. |
