10 gallons split into 2 5 gal ferments.. used Kevik yeast strain.
first half tasted pretty good at first with some notes of the yeast characteristic.
The second half sat in closet for 3 weeks then conditioned for 2. first pours taste pretty bad, not a fan. it was very cloudy as well where the other was clear.
Added geletin to see if it can be cleaned up.. if it dosent improve in a week its going to be a dumper.
