Notes

If using grainfather or other all-in-one system, grind finer down to .17-.20 mills when milling your grains, this will provide a finer mill and better conversion/efficiency without adding much astringency to your wort.

First recipe contained 0.5lb of midnight wheat and received a distinct coffee flavor in the final brew. This was reduced to 0.1lb in the hopes of mellowing the coffee flavor in favor of the caramel and toasty notes that milds are more popular for.
