Added majority of sparge water to mash tun, shy maybe a 1/2 gallon. let sit for 5 min then Volauf..… measured the Ph during first runnings. Taste was sweet and cholately/clean |

Boiled down to 5.15 gal and 1.067 OG. Added 1/2 gal DI water to bring volume back up to 5.6 gal. Drained wort into a no-chill container... |
