Fermentation started the evening of Thursday, March 19th, 3.5 hours after pitching starter. Very rigorous fermentation observed by Friday, March 20th. Fermentation slowed greatly by Saturday, March 21st. No change on Sunday, March 22nd. |

16 - 16 oz cans, 2 full sixtels and one sixtel with ~ 3.5 gallons. Used new 1/2" kegging setup, and filled kegs in 4 minutes with lower than normal foaming. |
