Notes

2019/03/13 --- 0.2 -> 0.3

As per conversation on Weds dry hop changed to citra leaf from centennial pellets.

On further reflection final ion levels are fine. Bit more calcium wouldn't hurt but don't want to further raise either sulfate or chloride levels.

Final revision before brew day.

2019/03/09 --- 0.1 -> 0.2

Changed dry hop from multiple additions to single. Timing assumes 21-day fermentation, therefore addition 7 days before kegging.

Increased malt quantity to raise target ABV to 7.4%

Increased 10 minute hop additions by 5g each, decreased 0 minute hop additions by 5g each.

Still need to work out post-mash water additions to hit target ion levels, if I can be bothered.
