Notes

Did a mini batch on stove top with sous vide to maintain mash temp. Made mistake of leaving pot on burner and temp went to 162. Added 1 quart cold water and moved onto counter. Sous vide reads about 3 degrees higher than thermopen. Managed to get at a steady 156 after 10 minutes or so.
Made a simple syrup with 5 ounces sugar to get OG to 1.051. Added dry hops after 6 days and left in for 3.
