Notes

This batch will be brewed in the Méthode Traditionnelle style, but will not be coolshipped. Instead it will be added to a 60 gallon wine barrel that will have 30 gallons of blended 1 & 2 year old beer already in it.

Turbid mashed.

Aged hops boiled for 4 hours.

Yeast culture is already in the existing beer within the barrel. Mix of Bootleg Biology Solera blend and 3F/Boon Lambic/Gueuze dregs.
