Notes

We saw a Cluster Fuggle on a menu in Cleveland. Never got to taste it in our travels. Bad scheduling versus brewery open times. So my daughter has been urging me to make one up.
Since Cluster is a historically native NorthAmerican hop, and Fuggles is English, I decided to split the hops and the grains right down the middle with some caramel added for color. We're a melting pot, right?
