Notes

Going to do a Secondary fermentation phase on this one. After 2 weeks of fermenting, transfer to secondary with 3 lbs of Fresh Mango puree, Vanilla Beans, and dry hops.

Leave for 1 week.

Transfer to bottling bucket, leaving behind sediment. Stir in priming sugar mix thoroughly. Bottle and cap for 2 weeks.

Serve cold.
