Notes

Bitter, hoppy and malty, loosely based on the West Coast style of American IPAs but with a darker colour and mouthfeel
Puts piney and floral flavours front and centre but still has a noticeable undercurrent of citrus

Forced to add 1kg of dextrose on mash day to reach 1.052 OG, initial mash had a low OG of 1.042 (found out grains had clumped together despite a solid churn)
