Notes

Since last time:

  • Fixed water volumes to avoid spill over
  • Dropped base malt a little to reduce ABV to ~6%
  • Swapped out some warrior for simcoe to soften the bitterness
  • Swapped out some vic secret for simcoe in whirlpool to bring some simcoe delish
