WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

On 20 min boil.. so it is over quick.. I have done this on the stove top...The unnamed ingredient is an orange peel. Peel the orange with a vegetable peeler, try not to get the white part of the peel, .. we want this to be sweet; put in the pot with the last hop bag, Shoot for 2 oz of peel, one orange may not be enough.... similar to a Wit,

With no steeping grans and only extract malts, this should ferment quick, so help it out and hydrate the yeast.
Gets to FG within 6 days (@room temp) cold crashed in fridge, kegged and was drinking 11 days after the boil.

Adjusting hops to make more of a Pale Ale then an IPA
