Dropped temp to 65, hit with 90 seconds of oxygen and pitched. No starter. Will bring up to 66 and then let free rise to 68 to ferment temp. |

Initial fermentation started normally. Being a low ABV beer, fermentation was mainly done after 3 days. Brought temp up to 71 for a D-Rest on 3 day. |
