Notes

Infusion Mash - first and second runnings to = 15 gal due to colder temp in shed causing higher evap rates. Monitor Gravity and do not go past one hour on boil time.

Using 1056 re-pitch from brown ale. Ferm to start at 60F and let raise on it's own to 66F.
