Notes

Troy and I were tweaking the recipe a bit to see what we could do to hit a higher gravity beer. As it stands with just the 16 pounds of grain, it would have been a little over 7% ABV. Adding 3.3 pounds of liquid malt wheat extract would bring it to 9.26%. Adding 6.5 pounds of liquid malt wheat extract would bring it to 11.4% ABV, but the yeast is only good up to 10, so we are going to go with the 3.3 pounds of liquid malt extract. Updated my homegrown hops from Domestic Hallertau to half Tettnanger @ 4.5% aa and Cascade @ 6% aa.
