Everything went smoothly. Considering it's an extract beer, it's not a hard or long brew day.
Only thing was that it took ages to cool. I'm considering purchasing a chill plate and a pump with hosing to help circulate the wort in future batches but need to save up before then |

Yeast settled whilst conditioning and the color was delightful.
Conditioned for a week before opening and was pleasantly surprised by a near perfect carbonation |

Taste was unreal!
For a hops that is normally used for a bittering hops, the taste was unlike most beers I've had before
Had a leftover single hop series beer from Bridge Road Brewers to compare side to side with my father and he preferred my beer in a blind taste test so I was stoked! |
