Made a tea with 15g ginger grated and 3g ish lemon myrtle leaves. Added 1/2 teaspoon yeast nutrient as well.
Added active kviek hornindal yeast to must fermentation vigerous within an hour.
Fermentation is set at 36cm |

Fermentation looked to be slowing. I've been shaking it morning and afternoon to degass. Sample tasted very nice hot on temp and a little alcohol could taste the honey too. But comming along nicely.
Have turned off freezer and will let it free fall. |

Fermentation seems to have finally stopped.
Sample is hot but nice very alcoholic it's got some nice ginger flavour. |

Couldn't use siphon so poured into bottles through funnel. Got 10 filled. |
