Notes

Credit recipe to Ron Pattinson, his research of historic brews (His blog "Shutup About Barclay Perkins"). My kids were born in Poughkeepsie NY, Vassar Bros. Hospital. Matthew Vassar was a brewer and original philanthropist, motivator to create Vassar College for Women in Poughkeepsie. His nephews founded the hospital.
