Added Go Ferm and Lalvin 71B per protocol.

Added 4 grams Opti-red and 1 tsp bentonite to must prior to pitch of yeast. Some lumps of opti-red not dissolved.

Clover honey from Dutch gold heated to de-crystallize.

Pitch temp was 88 degrees F.

PH 3.8 @ start.
