I use all RO water and use listed additions - all in mash, none in sparge. I add lactic Acid to adjust pH. Approximately 2 ml in mash and 1ml in sparge. I am aiming for approximate target numbers (These numbers will be double in the mash because I am adding all minerals to mash and none to sparge, but will dilute back down in kettle). |
