Ended up with more water than expected... Grain absorbsion rate was off. Surprised at how much less it was compared to the mash readings. Maybe it drained too quickly? Will try a slow pump to pot next time.

Brew day went smooth. Water calculations were a little off, but overall hit my numbers.

Cold crashed at 36 for two days. Co2 transferred to serving keg. pH dropped lower than I've seen before. Mild malty aroma of toasted bread with hints of dark fruit, like prunes, and chocolate. Nice, smooth mouthfeel. Light, almost watery body. Malty taste with very subtle notes of caramel and toffee.

Pressurized co2 transfer to serving keg. Beer was nice and clear from the cold crash.
