Notes

I can't put my finger on it, but the Mecca grain adds something to the base malt flavor. It's becoming one of my go-to grains despite the small increase in cost.

Light body ale with a just a bit of fruitiness and a really nice hop aroma from the Citra. No bitterness to speak of but not malty or sweet.

Low white head, very clear pale sparkling yellow color.

The Citra hops flavor really come thu on this one, Very drinkable.

For whatever reason I love this beer with spaghetti and meatballs!
