Notes

Boiled and cooled 5 gal of water the night before and put in 14.5 gal Blichmann conical fermenter. Steep 4 lbs. specialty grains at 155F for 30 Min. Boil 6 gal water and add 6 lbs. DME and 2 oz. Citra Hops for 30 Min. Add final 3 Lbs. DME and the 2 Lbs. of Honey. Cool wort and add to Blichmann to equal approx. 11 gal. (add tap water if needed). Pitch yeast (after hydrating). Ferment in basement at approx. 70F. Done.
