Hop schedule the same as Hot Tub Time Machine except I used Citra/Galaxy. All boil hops were citra them galaxy citra in whirlpool and 50/50 dry hop
9:55 raised temp for mash out. 10:00 temp at 170 raised basket
10:50 reached boil
11;26 added 0.25oz citra
11:45 added 0.25oz citra
Added 3tsp yeast nut
11:58 turned heat off and cooled to 200
Added 1oz citra and 1.5oz galaxy
12:10 cooled to 180
Added 1.5oz citra and 1.5oz galaxy
3/30 2pm Dry Hopped with 2.5oz Citra and 2.5oz Galaxy
OG 1.074
4/3 Dry hop 2, same as first
4/7 8am lowered temp to 55 to drop hops
