WY 2000, 2001, 2124 (Bru article shows this will ferment well warmer too), 2278

Boil for 90 min, the first 30 are to get that protein off the top when it starts to foam just spoon off the nasty stuff

This came out very well with Wyermann Pils, 2124 yeast @ 54*
More yellow than gold, may bump Melanoid a bit or swap C10 for the CaraPils
