Notes

Make sure to give the wort a good stir while whirlpooling to create the maelstrom. Let the wort rest after creation of the maelstrom for 20 min. In this way you get the unwanted solids collected in the bottom of the braumeister and you can tap without getting these into your wort.

Do not add the dryhops until after the fermentation step. let the beer ferment for 7-10 days and then add the dryhops for 3 more days and then put the beer into a keg or bottles. It should be drinkable after this.
