Notes

This is my take on another famous recipe, modified for my brewing style and volume to fill 7.5 gallon kegs.
Amylase enzyme goes in fermenter after primary fermentation is complete, along with dry hops. Transfer to secondary or not. Up to you.
My efficiency is usually high 80's with this light recipe but I kept it at 78 for average brewing setups. I have hit in the 90's on occasion with this one.
I ferment this low temps for an ale yeast, usually 58-60F. Cold crash and lager, condition for 2-3 weeks in keg.
