Notes

I brewed this with the Brewers Edge Mash and Boil (with pump). It came out exactly on OG and, after a week of fermentation, appears to be on the correct final gravity.

Taste wise this is spot on (as far as I am concerned). I had a pint of Bass at the weekend whilst back in the UK and I am surprised at how good and close this tases.

I will update after bottling.
