Notes

I brewed this today as an Imperial Robust Porter

hit the number just fine almost too much grain for my cooler

filled it to the brim 40 lbs of grain and mashed in with 13.5 gallons of water

with this much grain could have made a second small beer

next time

ended up using US-05 instead, I just top cropped the yeast off an APA and used that
