This was a bottle that I rinsed with tap water then filled. I marked it to see if if was infected. Overall the taste is great, but I did get a slight spoiled off-flavor. Carbonation was still a few days off but super optimistic about this brew, |

This was a great beer. Easily my best IPA to date. I will reduce the bittering hops for the next time, but otherwise spot on. |
