Mash went great. Mashed out at 170 and did a batch sparge to clear up the wort a bit. Worked great. |

Boil went well. Normal hop additions as per recipe. Boil off was about .5 gallons as expected. Steeped the roasted grains for 10 min at 160f post boil. |

Transferred to keg. Fermenting in keg, hooked to another keg, then to a blow off tube. Purging serving keg during fermentation. A lot of grain bits left after the boil. Need to try a courser grind next time. |

Fermentation activity seems to have stopped. Giving it a couple days to clean up. |
