Mill the grains and mash at 149°F (65°C) for one hour. Boil 60 minutes, then add the whirlpool hops. Chill to 68°F (20°C) and pitch the yeast. Ferment at 68°F (20°C) until one day past high kräusen and add fermentation hops. Allow the temperature to rise to 72°F (22°C) until fermentation is complete. Dry hop for two to three days before packaging.
