Notes

Brewed it 1/1/2020. No idea where the high efficiency came from as I am normally around 62%. Was planned for a 1.5 gallon batch but had to dilute to 2.45 gallons to bring down gravity. Mashed out at 148º. 1.012 1/4. Cold crashed (40º 2 days) Bottled 1.93 gallons 1/7/2020 aimed for 2.6 volumes.
