F2. Had been sitting at 72 for 3 days. Still has apple aroma and flavor but now much more hop flavor and bitterness and grainy/cracker flavor coming thru. Still upfront sweetness, corn?
F4. 1.011. Less Apple. Less sweet tho still some. Thinner. |

Moved F2 to 61f chamber and will continue to lower temp. Moved F4 to 72f area to finish fermenting. Lid of it leaked co2 |
