Hey Derek sorry for the delay but I wanted to get that stout recipe to you.

90 Minute mash with 60 boil.

16lb 8oz of 2 row
2lb of Amber malt
1lb 4oz Roasted barley 300srm
1lb 4oz Black Patent 500srm
1lb Flaked oats
1lb Lactose
1.90oz Eldorado Hops for 60 minute boil
2 Madagascar vanilla beans 5 minute boil
I used Imperial Loki yeast in the last batch you tasted. After fermentation I added 3 more vanilla beans for 7 days and then cold crashed and kegged. My water was just R.O. water with a New England water profile. This is a recipe for 5 gallons. If you have any more questions please feel free to message me anytime man
