Notes

Added all whirlpool hops at 85c degrees

Allowed 15 minutes,

Cubed and added to baby pool of water and then put into fridge at 18c.

Dilution

Added 3 litres of starter and 12 litres of water to fermenter. Then added 2 cubes. SG 1044 down from 1064.
