OG: 1,040 ?!?!

Fermentation 15 degrées pendant 1 mois
FG (20 janvier): 1.014

Excellent au goût, super léger, juste assez d'amrtume pour une pills. Couleur claire, léger goût de riz, bière parfaite d'été !

Next time ; un peu plus de grain pour aller chercher un OG un peu plus haut ?

à essayer avec du Saaz
