Notes

Oppskriften fikk jeg velvillig fra Fjordbryggeriet på Vinjeøra. Dette er en meget god pale ale som jeg kjøper ganske ofte på f.eks Gulating, men nå kan den brygges selv -: Bryggeriet brukte tidligere bare Vienna som basemalt, men benytter nå pale malt. Jeg har valgt å bruke ca halvt om halvt Vienna/pale. Videre brukte bryggeriet originalt Funktown pale ale ferskgjær fra The Yeast Bay, men benytter nå Mangrove Jacks M44
