Forgot to measure OG. Gravity is estimated based on prebuilt gravity and volumes. Need to add 0.25 gallons to amount left in kettle (dead space). |

Packaged around 4.25 gal (around 1 gal trub) into sanitized and purged keg. 40 psi for 22 hours. Ended up being a little too much. Maybe try 20 hours next time. |
