Notes

Ferment for 7 days at 18 degrees
Increase temp to 22 degrees for 7 days
Add first dry hop for another 7 days
After 3 weeks, rack to pressure barrel with second dry hop. Purge with co2 and leave for 10 weeks.
After 10 weeks aging, rack into a new container and dry hop for another 2 weeks with the last dry hops.
Cold crash after 2 weeks.
Transfer to a container (keg?) and force carb (dont think it will naturally carb after such a long period of time)
