Measured about 1.0290 or 7.3 Brix off the top with Turkey baster and also inside. |

Filled the keg to the brim! The flavour seems ok but I think the temperature is making it seem worse than the Weissbier. This might benefit from a cascade dry hop... |

Not sure about the taste. There are faint notes of lemon or pain thinner (I'm not sure). Otherwise it does seem pretty clean and crisp and indicative of a Cascade IPA. I'm not convinced it's as good as something fermented with an American IPA yeast at 21C though...
Next time I'll try a different Kveik yeast strain, and also ferment two at the same time (one outside and one at 21C). |

Taste is improving. No more paint thinner or significant off flavours - it's mellowing out a bit. Similarity to a 21C IPA is improving. I think it will get even better.
Friends say it's very good. |
