Notes

Not sure what happened with this one! Attempted to brew a nice 1 gallon batch of a citra ipa, ended up with .5 gallons of an extremely potent "quint" ipa. Boil volume was alarmingly low so I added water by the cup to get it back to .75 gallon, after loss it was a little over .5. Good experiment, wort tasted phenomenal (if you love bitter bitter bitter beer). Issue with using too much grain - should have used extract. The Muslin bag I believe was too packed and grain hydration/absorption was calculated poorly.
