Notes

Buy a live basil plant. Add about 1/3 of the plant (3-4 stalks 8" tall) at 30 minutes, another third of the plant at 50 minutes, and the last third of the plant at 60. Also add the peel of 3 grapefruit and 2 navel orange (peel fresh and dehydrate in convection oven @ 150F for 2 hours) at 60. Turn flame off and let steep for 10 minutes. Cool and pitch.
