  • around the 30 mins mark, forgot the heat was on and temperature raised to around 75 degrees, for a good 10 mins... put ice cubes in and lowered it back to 67 for the rest of the mash.

    OD : 1,058 good taste, a bit dry but probably because of the hops in suspension.

    Brewed November 17th, bottled December 7th FG 1.018

    **Final taste : un peu biscuit en fin de bouche mais goûte encore un peu trop le pain... Fermentation à 19 degrés. Prochaine fois, mettre un peu plus de special roast pour vraiment aller chercher plus le côté brown ale. 7/10
